Dr. Tiago Paiva is a psychiatrist with over 14 years of experience across hospital, military, forensic, and emergency psychiatry settings. He has worked extensively in Portugal, particularly in the Azores and Porto regions, and has served both civilian and military populations.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Forensic Psychiatry and Psychology, as well as additional training in Tropical Medicine, Disaster Medicine, and Advanced Life Support.
